Charity update
Our Charity fundraising has become a year round activity! 2010 saw us able to donate £836 to the Alzheimers Society, £600 to the Haiti Appeal, and £520 to Dumfries and Cumbria Greyhound Rescue. And the autumn Kirsty Barker ran both the Great North and Cumbrian Half Marathons raising £300 in aid of Leukaemia and Lymphoma research.
Spring 2011 saw us collecting for the ‘Bring Nicola Home’ appeal -

Children in Need
Knitted Pudseys and Meercats sold briskly raising over £190 towards the annual Children

These classes are being run by Katy Clarke, one of our experienced veterinary nurses, and consists of three sessions held on consecutive Wednesdays at the Centre.
