We are now able to start allowing people into the building, although unfortunately you still won't be able to hold your pet while we examine them so that we can continue to keep to social distancing guidelines.
When you arrive please ring the smart doorbell to the right of our front doors to let us know you are here and then wait outside. We understand that a lot of people would still rather wait outside while we take your pet in to examine and treat them.
That's totally fine, we will discuss this with you when we come outside to begin your consultation. If you do wish to come in only one person can accompany your pet inside, and that person must be wearing a face-covering.
We can only allow the person accompanying your pet into the building for 15 minutes.
We also ask, as before, that if you or any person in your household is currently self-isolating due to showing any symptoms of Covid-19 or have recently had a positive test result you let us know before you come to the practice so we can look after your pets, our staff and the public to the best of our ability.
We aren't 'back to normal' by any means yet but we will continue to review and adapt our practices to make sure we provide the best service possible for yourselves and your pets during this time. If you have any suggestions or feedback please get in touch.
